Longevity is not just about adding years to life—it’s about restoring the quality, vitality, and awareness within those years.
In this illuminating symposium, Dr. Baxter Bell, Dr. Robin Rose, and Nathalie Niddam, CNP, BPC bring together the latest science of healthy aging with time-tested yogic and holistic practices to explore three of the most powerful (and often overlooked) pillars of longevity: sleep, stress regulation, and conscious living.
You’ll discover how disrupted sleep and chronic stress accelerate aging at every level—while also learning practical, evidence-informed strategies to restore balance, resilience, and deep rest. Beyond symptom management, this program invites a shift in perspective: from simply managing health to cultivating a more conscious, integrated way of living that supports long-term well-being.
Blending movement, breath, cutting-edge biohacking insights, and subtle awareness practices, this symposium offers tools you can immediately apply—alongside a deeper understanding of how body, mind, and consciousness work together to support vibrant aging.
What Makes This Symposium Unique:
This is a rare convergence of modern longevity science and yogic wisdom, presented by experts who each bring a distinct lens—functional medicine, therapeutic yoga, and consciousness-based practice. The result is a holistic, practical, and deeply transformative approach to aging well from the inside out.
