This program is part of The Longevity Reset Symposium, February 24-27, 2027
The health of our immune system is deeply connected to the health of our gut. In the wake of the pandemic, emerging research is revealing how disruptions to the gut microbiome may affect immunity, inflammation, energy, and long-term well-being. In this insightful program, Robin Rose explores the critical role of the microbiome in healthy aging and immune resilience, offering a fresh perspective on how we can support vitality and longevity in today’s world.
Participants will examine the current state of the gut microbiome, including the potential long-term impacts of COVID-19 on microbial balance and immune function. Robin will also present practical, evidence-informed strategies for restoring and strengthening the microbiome through nutrition, lifestyle, and targeted interventions. Whether you are seeking to improve your health, support healthy aging, or better understand the gut-immune connection, this program offers valuable insights and tools for building resilience from the inside out.
