This program is part of The Longevity Reset Symposium, February 24-27, 2027
As modern science continues to explore the keys to healthy aging, yoga is emerging as one of the most powerful and accessible tools for supporting both longevity and vitality. In this illuminating program, physician and longtime yoga teacher Baxter Bell explores how yoga can help us not only live longer, but live better.
Drawing from both ancient yogic wisdom and current scientific research, these sessions will examine how yoga practices support physical health, emotional resilience, cognitive function, stress reduction, and overall well-being throughout the aging process. Special attention will also be given to the fascinating field of epigenetics—the science showing how lifestyle practices such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, sleep, and stress management can influence the expression of our genes, activating healthier responses while reducing patterns linked to disease and aging.
Accessible to practitioners of all levels, this program offers practical insights into how simple, sustainable yogic tools can enhance both lifespan and “healthspan”—the quality, vitality, and fulfillment we experience as we age.
Participants will explore:
