Mary-Alice Quinn, CAS, is a certified Ayurvedic practitioner and a senior instructor for the California College of Ayurveda. She is a Practitioner Member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association and the California Association of Ayurvedic Medicine, and is dedicated to increasing the public’s awareness of Ayurveda through workshops, lectures, and teleconferences. Mary-Alice has an active private practice, serving both local and remote clients, where she blends Ayurvedic lifestyle and nutritional guidelines, as well as personalized herbal remedies and body therapies, to assist all in achieving and maintaining healthy, satisfying, and balanced lives.
