Hugh Romney (Wavy Gravy) is a social and activist clown and the co-founder (together with Ram Das) of the Seva Foundation. He is the director of the circus and performing arts summer camp, Camp Winnarainbow. He has dedicated more than 40 years to making the world a more humane place for everyone.
