Father Joachim Lally, CSP, is Senior Ministry Status with the Paulist Fathers in Grand Rapids, Michigan, teaching courses on the mystics, Centering Prayer, and the parables. He spent 10 years as a Benedictine monk at Subiaco Abbey in Arkansas before becoming ordained as a Catholic priest more than 50 years ago. Since 1989, he has lead more than 40 missions to the Dominican Republic. With a master’s degree in guidance and counseling, Father Lally has been a counselor, therapist, and priest supporting numerous organizations, including the inner-city African-American parish and the Psychoanalytic Institute in St. Louis, Missouri.
