Aaron Lightstone is a composer, music therapist, multi-instrumentalist, psychotherapist, music producer, and educator. He has been performing on oud, guitar, and related instruments in a number of contexts for over 2 decades. He is best known for leading the Canadian World Music band, Jaffa Road and as the founder / clinical director of his busy clinical practice Music Therapy Toronto, which specializes in the rehabilitation of neurologic injury and disease. He has extensive experience in the use of music therapy for brain injury rehabilitation, mental-illness & addictions, end–of- life care, dementia care and Cerebral Palsy.
