Yogic Techniques for Happiness and Peace of Mind

Pranava Chaitanya

For thousands of years, saints and sages have said that our natural state is one of peace and bliss. So why don’t we feel peaceful all the time? The yogic philosophy says that we get in our own way and that we need to overcome negative emotions and learn to control the mind. The lower emotions, desires, and cravings all prevent us from experiencing peace of mind.

Yoga provides time-tested strategies that bring us closer to our birthright of true happiness. In this program, you will learn how to improve your mood and balance your emotions through your food, environment, and daily routine. You’ll explore the nature of your mind by practicing meditation and breathing to induce relaxation. By the time you return home, you’ll have a full toolbox of methods that will help you create a positive and healing mindset at home.

Offered as 2 satsangs and 2 workshops (subject to change)
