During this weekend Intensive, Swami Paramananda will teach the sutras of the 2nd chapter of the Hatha Yoga Pradipika. You will learn the great value of Asanas and Pranayama in the spiritual path, and gain a proper understanding of how to utilize the science of Hatha Yoga for achieving radiant health and Mastery over the Mind.
The purpose of the practice of Yoga is to give your life a boost, to put your spiritual progress in first gear.
The path was laid out by the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, an ancient text used by Yogis to create the power to go uphill all the way to the top. Hatha Yoga is the practical way to control the Mind through control of the Prana.
Hatha Yoga Vidya(knowledge) shines bright like a ladder for those desiring to climb to the heights of the most excellent Raja Yoga.
This weekend includes both theory and practice.
This program is offered live through Zoom webinar with the availability for students to interact through Q&A with the presenter.
For enrolled students, a video recording will be available after each class in the event you miss a class or would like to review the content.
It is possible to register and take the course at any time. You can catch up on any classes you miss with the recordings.

No experience necessary. This program is open to beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
