Rewire Trauma into Balance and Freedom for the Mind, Body and Spirit

Dr. Kathleen Williams and Dr. Nicole Tetreault
Tuition: $450

In this course, Dr. Williams and Dr. Tetreault will inform and instruct on the research and practices in both neuroscience and psychology, guiding you to address the multifaceted topic of trauma and wire your mind to shift into more balance and freedom. We offer psycho educational lectures in conjunction with experiential exercises to shift the mind, body and spirit from trauma, lethargy, fear, anxiety and depression to mood stability, safety and contentment.

The course will include: daily yoga for mood management, meditation practices to enhance awareness and compassion, expressive writing to heal trauma, lectures on the neuroscience and psychology of trauma and resilience, chanting and shamanic practices for a deep nervous system reset. During our time together, you will be guided and instructed in these approaches to recognize your individual needs and develop a more holistic approach to your daily life. Come and connect to your heart and your true essence to nourish your spirit with joyful experiences!

NOTE: although this will be a closed supportive environment this course is not intended to be a substitute for therapy nor will therapy be offered during your time here. Please discuss with your supports if you are ready for these experiences.
