Restorative Yoga and Selfcare Retreat

Nora Benian (Sundari)
Registration is closed for this course.
Tuition: $385

When you practice restorative yoga, the tangles within your physical and energetic bodies begin to unwind. Your breath deepens and the body releases its knots and strains.

As a gentle practice that’s calming to the nervous system, restorative yoga is the sacred practice of non-doing, allowing, and release. When you shed these layers of tension, health and well-being flow and fill the space.

With effortlessness and ease, your body will be supported by well-placed blankets, bolsters, yoga straps, and chairs to safely provide foundation in various postures. When the body experiences steady support, it naturally relaxes and releases deeply held tensions.

Invoke your own natural state of balance, regeneration, and healing rest. This restorative retreat invites you to return to well-being, concentrate inward, and find home within your body.

Nora Benian (Sundari) is a Sivananda Yoga teacher, yoga therapist, registered professional counselor, and Thai Yoga Massage practitioner with a diploma of homeopathy from the British Institute of Homeopathy in Toronto, Canada. As a yoga therapist, she prescribes yogic practices along with counseling techniques to bring clients into alignment, build strength, and open energy channels to increase the life force.
