Mother's Legacy

A Weekend Retreat in The Bahamas

Lauren Walker

The deepest desire and biggest gift of The Mother archetype is to protect, nourish, and discern.  No matter what your relationship with mother is, you have the power of this archetype within.  And when you realize that you have internal access to all the things you’ve been looking for from the outside, you’ll have a huge gift and an experience of deep empowerment.

Join Lauren Walker in this weekend workshop to explore ways of accessing your innate love, healing, and nourishing energy.  Using the tools of Energy Medicine, Yoga, Journaling, Breathwork, and Deep Inquiry, you’ll leave feeling supported, whole, and joyous at your newfound self-understanding.  One of the greatest needs a person has is to be truly seen, appreciated, and accepted just as you are. These teachings will allow you to have those needs met in a way you may never have before. From these practices you will be anchored in the most ancient wisdom brought forth for our modern times.

Offered as 3 satsangs and workshops (subject to change).

The presentations associated with this Yoga Vacation Program begin with an 8pm satsang on the first day of the program and conclude with an 8pm satsang on the last day of the program.  Click here to read more about the Yoga Vacation Program details and view the ashram schedule for yoga classes and meals during your stay. We suggest you arrive at least one day prior to the start of your program for the optimal experience.
