What you’ll learn:
Course description:
The capacity to concentrate the mind is fundamental to our success in every walk of life, especially the spiritual path. One’s ability to concentrate and what one frequently concentrates on determines the course of their evolution. As you think so you become. The capacity to focus the mind on high, elevating and healthy ideas is a key to a happy, prosperous and successful life.
The science of the concentration within the mind has been developed by the Yogis over thousands of years. Concentration plays a prominent role in the Yogi’s ability to focus the mind on God, the Self or the true nature of reality and thus attain freedom. Concentration leads to meditation that leads to knowledge of the true nature of the Self.
In order to efficiently concentrate we need to purify the mind from its inherent forces that make it so distracted and wavering. Devotion is a powerful force that focuses the mind and feels it with the inner divine bliss.
In this course you will learn all about concentration and the most time tested methods of how to develop it.
