Join Brett Cotter, Stress Is Gone founder, as he guides you to express and release the source of your deepest pain. Feel layers of emotional tension lift from your body as unconditional love fills old memories. Heal childhood trauma through 1-on-1 coaching and group release work that blends channeled affirmations, movement, music and meditation. Join us to experience a:

Join us for an engaging and interactive experience that includes 6-months of aftercare in the SIG Membership with 5 live sessions per week to maintain your new stress-free state. Special guest Stefanie Cotter will lead gentle movement.

Offered as 2 satsangs and 3 workshops. (subject to change).

Brett Cotter is the author of “3 Keys to Managing PTSD”, founder of Stress Is Gone, and has 25 years experience helping clients process the most traumatic events of their lives. He has taught the SIG Method in Fortune 500 companies, hospitals, schools, military bases, the VA, and world-renown wellness centers such as the Omega Institute, Kripalu, Himalayan Institute, and the Tibet House. Brett is the trauma expert for Meditation University’s teacher training program, he trains crisis counselors in the SIG Suicide Prevention Protocol, and certifies students weekly online. His programs are accredited by the International Mindfulness & Meditation Alliance, he is certified by the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress, and his core methodology is certified by the American Institute of Stress.


A licensed acupuncturist, certified Qi Gong instructor, and wellness practitioner with a passion for wholistic living, herbal medicine, regenerative movement, and organic seasonal eating. Stefanie specializes in women’s health, pain management, stress relief, weight loss, and emotional well-being. Before opening her own practice she was the head acupuncturist at Exhale Spa and worked at three NYC hospitals. Stefanie leads gentle movement sessions in Stress Is Gone Retreats and in the Membership. Her sessions help people ground, energize, and align their body, breath, and mind.
