The Longevity Advantage

Harnessing Nature, Rhythm & Innovation for Healthy Aging

Nathalie Niddam

This program is part of The Longevity Reset Symposim, February 24-27, 2027

What does it truly take to live a longer, healthier, and more vibrant life? As the science of longevity advances, a compelling picture is emerging: optimal health is not found in any single diet, supplement, or technology, but in learning to work with the body’s natural rhythms while wisely integrating modern innovations.

In this program, we will explore the powerful role that cycles of nourishment, rest, and regeneration play in healthy aging. Discover the science behind feasting and fasting, and how these practices can be adapted to different ages, genders, life stages, and individual needs to support metabolic health, resilience, and longevity. At the same time, examine the growing landscape of wellness technologies and how they compare to the body’s innate healing mechanisms—from breathwork and nervous system regulation to sunlight, red-light therapy, and other emerging tools.

Blending cutting-edge longevity research with practical wisdom, this program offers a balanced perspective on how to cultivate vitality in a rapidly changing world. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how to leverage both nature and innovation to enhance energy, support healthy aging, and create a personalized approach to lifelong well-being.

Discover how aligning with the rhythms of life—while embracing the best of modern science—can unlock greater health, resilience, and longevity.

Offered as 1 satsang and 2 workshops (subject to change).
