Restorative Yoga Selfcare Retreat

Nora Benian (Sundari)
Tuition: $495

Slow down, breathe deeply, and experience the art of non-doing. Restorative Yoga is a gentle yet powerful practice designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and support the body’s natural ability to heal. Through supported postures, mindful breathing, and guided meditation, you’ll enter a state of deep relaxation that nourishes both body and mind.

Using props like bolsters, blankets, straps, and chairs, each posture is carefully arranged to fully support the body, allowing you to let go of effort and sink into stillness. This subtle but profound practice promotes homeostasis, reduces stress, and helps the body recover from a wide range of conditions—from anxiety and insomnia to injury, chronic pain, and fatigue.

During this rejuvenating program, you’ll move through a full sequence of restorative poses, complemented by gentle stretches, breathwork, and meditative techniques to help you reconnect with your inner calm and restore your energy from the inside out.

Whether you’re seeking rest, healing, or a moment of peace, this is yoga designed to meet you where you are—with softness, ease, and support.

Interested in going deeper or sharing this practice with others? You can also register for the Restorative Yoga Teacher Training happening at the same time.
