Learn the Art of Deep Healing and Radical Rest
Discover the profound power of rest. This Restorative Yoga Teacher Training is a hands-on, immersive program designed to equip yoga teachers and wellness practitioners with the skills to guide others—and themselves—into deep healing through the art of restorative yoga.
Restorative yoga is a gentle, deeply nourishing practice that supports the nervous system, reduces stress, and invites the body into its natural state of balance. With the use of well-placed props like bolsters, blankets, straps, and chairs, each posture is designed to release long-held tension, support recovery from injury or illness, and create a profound sense of stillness and ease. Whether woven into general yoga classes or offered as a stand-alone practice, restorative yoga is a powerful therapeutic tool for students of all ages and abilities.
During this training, you’ll learn a complete series of restorative postures along with gentle stretching, breathwork, and meditative techniques. You’ll gain the confidence to teach restorative yoga safely and effectively, adapt poses for diverse bodies and conditions, and integrate these techniques into your existing classes or private sessions. This course is ideal for yoga teachers looking to expand their offerings and support students dealing with stress, anxiety, chronic pain, fatigue, nervous system disorders, or recovery from physical or emotional challenges.
