“Roopam, gunam, vayastyag
Iti shubhanga karanam“
Beauty (Shubhanga), according to Ayurveda is composed of a healthy, well-nourished body (Roopam), a compassionate, balanced mind (Gunam), and an ageless, joyful spirit (Vayastyag). Simply put, radiance is a reflection of one’s state of inner health and well-being.
In this course, you will learn Ayurveda practices to cultivate long lasting inner and outer radiance. Sandhiya will share ancient wisdom that will provide an intimate understanding of your unique constitution, so you can customize the teaching and recommendations for YOU. This course will encompass optimal nourishment practices (constitutionally appropriate) with a focus on inner and outer radiance, anti-aging skincare protocols and deeply restorative and rejuvenative rituals. This course will be a combination of theory and interactive practicum, to enhance the learning experience and make it fun. Come get your glow on!
