Ayurveda teaches that toxins accumulate in the body and mind over time that obstruct our ability to connect with our true self. Through practices like yoga, meditation, pranayama, and Ayurvedic treatments, we can purify our body, mind, and emotions, and cultivate a deeper connection to our true nature. These practices allow us to shed the layers of conditioning and negative patterns that accumulate over time and prevent us from living a fulfilling and purposeful life.
By thinning the physical and spiritual veil, we can experience greater clarity, creativity, and intuition, and live in alignment with our true purpose. This process of self-discovery and transformation is at the heart of Ayurveda, and it offers a powerful path to healing and wholeness.
Offered as 3 satsangs and 1 workshop (subject to change).
