Nora Benian, lovingly known as Sundari, is a multifaceted healer, teacher, and guide dedicated to empowering individuals on their journeys to wellness and self-discovery. A certified Sivananda Yoga teacher, Nora is also a Yoga Therapist, Professional Counselor, Life Coach, Sound Healer, Theta Healer, and holds a diploma in Homeopathy. Her extensive credentials reflect a lifetime commitment to integrating ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic techniques.

With a passion for sharing the transformative power of yoga, Nora teaches classes, workshops, and teacher trainings both online and at Sivananda Ashrams worldwide. She also leads immersive healing retreats in stunning locations across the globe. Nora’s specialties include Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, and Hatha Yoga—each practice tailored to nurture the body, mind, and spirit.
Beyond the yoga mat, Nora is a gifted energy healer, offering personalized and group sessions in Sound Healing, Aura Tuning, Theta Healing, Reiki, and other modalities. Her holistic approach helps individuals release energetic blockages, find balance, and restore harmony in their lives.

An advocate for self-empowerment, Nora is also an author. Her upcoming book, 10 Effective Methods to Heal Yourself, is a practical guide designed to help readers unlock their innate healing potential and cultivate lasting well-being.

Your course schedule has been designed by the presenter to provide a holistic educational experience, and includes course presentation time, meal times, and free time for you to enjoy the beach and the grounds and participate in the ashram’s daily programs. Lines in bold type indicate required course times.

Morning and Evening Satsang: community gatherings for meditation, chanting & teachings; sometimes a silent beach walk.

Yoga Asana & Pranayama Classes: available on outdoor ocean and bayfront platforms (beginner and intermediate levels offered twice daily).
