What You’ll Learn:
Course Description:
Yoga has an answer to all of life’s problems. A lack of self-acceptance is a common discouragement experienced by many. I am not good enough, I am not smart enough, If only I could be better. The ego causes these problems within us because the ego is self-centric. We subconsciously believe that we are at the center of our own universe and this causes suffering. One way to move past this suffering and dissolve self-judgment and negative thoughts is to focus outwardly, directing our attention towards others through yogic practices of Karma Yoga and Bhakti Yoga, and by bringing more sattva into our systems through proper diet and proper exercise (Asana).
We can also bypass the conditioned conscious mind by tapping into the subconscious with the Positive Thinking technique of autosuggestion. When we are in an alpha brainwave state, we use affirmations to change brain patterns that have mistakenly convinced us to judge ourselves, and change those thought patterns into that of self-acceptance.
Learn powerful techniques to help jumpstart your practice or move you into the next phase of your spiritual path. Once you have developed self-acceptance and can focus love and compassion towards yourself, this radiates outward and shifts your entire life experience.
