Gopi Kallayil is a graduate of the Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training Course and the Chief Business Strategist for AI at Google. Earlier, he worked on marketing the company’s flagship advertising product Google Ads. Before joining Google, Gopi was on the management team of two Silicon Valley venture-funded startups as well as a McKinsey consultant. He is an avid yoga practitioner, triathlete, public speaker, and global traveler. He is the author of two books – The Internet to the Inner-net and The Happy Human. He is the founder of Yoglers the yoga program for Googlers, the largest yoga program in the world in a corporate setting.
David Spound, M.Ed., is has more than 20 years of mindfulness and compassion
teaching experience, including courses, intensives, retreats, and teacher training in
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC). He
also leads silent meditation retreats and advanced online study groups such as the
Community for Deepening Practice (CDP).
David trained and worked at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of
Massachusetts Medical School (the clinic founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D.) where he
taught MBSR and managed the MBSR Teacher Training and Certification Program. In
addition, he trained and worked with the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion where he
served as a senior MSC teacher, teacher trainer, mentor, and co-manager of the MSC
Teacher Training Program.
Latif Bolat is an expert in Sufi music and ancient Turkish mystical-devotional music. He creates an intimate, storytelling atmosphere and teaches Turkish folk and mystical music and its sociopolitical and cultural elements. He received academic degrees in Turkey and the United States and managed a musical theater company, Ankara Halk Tiyatrosu. He is native to the Turkish Mediterranean town of Mersin.
