Swan Michelle (Michelle Baker)
Registration is closed for this course.
Tuition: $395

A Somatic Healing Session is a deeply meditative, full-body practice designed to enhance your inner awareness and connection with your body’s systems. While lying down, you’ll be guided to observe and explore where survival patterns and past experiences are held within your body.

Through focused guidance, you’ll become the observer of your physical, mental, and emotional state, identifying areas that may be limiting, dysregulating, or compromising your overall health. This interoceptive practice works to energize and rejuvenate your body, promoting better immune function and revealing new possibilities for healing and growth.

As a result, you may experience increased energy, a higher vibrational frequency, elevated consciousness, and a profound sense of the coherent potential you hold within your body.
