Preksha Meditation is an ancient Jain meditation technique to discover oneself through one’s inner eye. Helpful for relieving stress, improving focus, and creating attitudinal changes, the technique has various components, including kayotsarg for total relaxation, color visualization, and contemplation for internal transformation. The workshop will include a summary and a practice session.
