This program guides each person to a healthier, more vibrant future, grounded in purpose, awareness, and empowering nutrition.

January 11 – Workshop 1: Boost Your Metabolism Naturally
Description: This session will empower participants to optimize their metabolism through balanced, nutrient-dense choices. We’ll explore the role of food in sustaining energy, managing weight, and supporting vitality. Attendees will leave with actionable steps to boost their metabolism and a renewed sense of what’s possible.


January 12 – Workshop 2: The Gut-Hormone Connection
Description: Attendees will learn about the important link between gut health and hormone balance, gaining insight into how supporting digestive health can improve mood, energy, and overall well-being. This session offers a practical approach to managing these connections for better long-term health.

January 13 – Workshop 3: Eat for Life: Energy and Longevity
Description: This workshop focuses on creating a life full of energy and resilience through conscious eating choices. Attendees will learn how to support cellular health, enhance longevity, and embrace the aging process with vitality.

Offered as 3 workshops (subject to change).

The presentations associated with this Yoga Vacation Program begin with a 90-minute noon workshop on the first day of the program and conclude with a 90-minute 2pm workshop on the last day of the program.  Click here to read more about the Yoga Vacation Program details and view the ashram schedule for yoga classes and meals during your stay. Dynamic former professional engineer Liz Urbina was the perfect example of a high achieving successful businesswoman, excelling in the petroleum industry for over twenty-two years in three different countries, making multi-million dollar decisions.
