8:15-10AM & 4:15-6:00PM EDT Daily

Among the Upanishads, the Mundaka Upanishad is regarded as one of the most important. It illuminates the Path of Knowledge for all people using a tale of two identical birds sitting on the same branch, one eating everything, the other only witnessing.

This is a rare opportunity to study in a traditional way with an experienced teacher. Learn how the practice of truth leads to strength and true liberation.

This program is offered live through Zoom. It is possible to register and take the course beginning at any time. There is no course tuition for this program however donations to support the ashram’s mission are greatly appreciated.
