Mind-Body Nexus

Ayurveda, Yoga, and Modern Science for Achieving Optimal Health

Ram Rao

Every day, hundreds of thousands of dollars are spent on books, courses, and products for health and wellness, weight loss, exercise, insomnia, meditation, stress reduction, and information about how to live an emotionally fulfilling life. Clearly, most of us want to live healthier, happier, and longer lives. So, the question is, why aren’t we achieving these goals?

The problem is almost all so-called health and wellness programs are incomplete, and missing vital components. Disease, poor health, and suffering primarily arise when the emotions, mind, and body are out of alignment and function independently of one other. This is fractionated living.  Instead, when you work to achieve oneness of the body, mind, and emotions, you will put an end to the vicious cycle of improving only one area of your life to the detriment of the others. With unfractionated living, you will set yourself on a course toward a long, healthy, happy, purposeful, and extraordinary life.

Offered as 3 satsangs  and 2 workshops (subject to change)
