Mind-Body Nexus

Ayurveda, Yoga, and Modern Science for Achieving Optimal Health

Ram Rao

Many of us aspire to lead healthier, happier and longer lives, yet often fall short of these goals. Why does this happen? The root cause of disease, poor health and suffering often lies in the fragmented way we live our lives, with our emotions, mind, and body operating independently and out of alignment.

In this inspiring event, Dr. Ram Rao will delve into the profound significance of maintaining synchronicity between the body, mind, and emotions, allowing them to function as a cohesive unit. Drawing from the wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga, and bolstered by compelling scientific research, you will acquire a comprehensive toolkit encompassing both theory and practical techniques. This arsenal will empower you to engage your emotions, mind, and physical body simultaneously. This holistic approach can set us on a course towards a life that is not just long but also filled with health, happiness, purpose, and extraordinary experiences.

Offered as 2 satsangs and 2 workshops (subject to change).

The presentations associated with this Yoga Vacation Program begin with an 8pm satsang on the first day of the program and conclude with an 8pm satsang on the last day of the program.  Click here to read more about the Yoga Vacation Program details and view the ashram schedule for yoga classes and meals during your stay.
