As we move through the sacred pause of the Winter Solstice, we feel the deepened presence of the Eternal Light. In this stillness we naturally attune to the presence and bliss of Source and the promise of renewal, as danced in the Divine creative expression in the cycles of light and dark in nature, and the Cosmic Dance of Life.
Gina and Gershone are delighted to offer yogic practices, inspired teachings, and heart-moving kirtan in this very special juncture point in the wheel of the year. Along with evening Satsangs of wisdom and kirtan, join them for their Embodied Resonance workshop exploring the power of vibration as we open our instrument through yogic postures and breathing, vocal toning, mantra chanting, and mantra meditation. As well, their workshop Luminous Stillness offers gentle and restorative yoga postures accompanied by mantra music to bask in the presence of the Solstice, welcoming the promise of the Light.
Offered as 2 satsangs and 2 workshops (subject to change).
The presentations associated with this Yoga Vacation Program begin with an 8pm satsang on the first day of the program and conclude with an 12pm workshop on the last day of the program. Gina Minyard is a conduit of embodied mysticism, channeling divine inspiration while keeping close to earth’s rhythms of sun and moon, and expressed through the breath’s intimate pulsation of it all. Her offerings are deeply informed by a lifetime of devotion, study, and practice and over two decades of teaching, spanning the biomechanical to the philosophical and all of the important yogic theories in between, including Non-Dual Shakta-Shaiva Tantra, Ayurveda, Somatic Psychology, and Deep Feminine Mystery. Known for her grounded presence, sweet playfulness, authenticity and grace, her classes, workshops, private sessions, and trainings bring forward richness, depth, refinement, and the exploration of human potential rooted in cosmic consciousness – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Together they share the Love-Bliss through the synergy of posture, movement, and music, along with sound journeys and rousing kirtans, as they travel the country for events, workshops, and retreats.
