Why partake in singing gospel music?

Partaking in singing or listening to gospel music shares the same benefits as most forms of activity or therapy involving the voice, music, and melody. You will experience profound positive effects for your body, mind, and spirit, elevating you to a space where stress ceases to exist and pure focus, light, and joy are yours. On top of experiencing a much-needed retreat mentally and emotionally, this program will help you connect with other like-minded individuals who are here to destress, discover themselves, and make lifelong friendships with other Vacation Program-goers.

What you’ll learn:

  • How to release emotions through chanting
  • How to foster concentration and create one-pointedness in the mind
  • Stress management through devotional singing
  • Increasing positive mood, feelings of relaxation and focused attention
  • Promote internal self-healing on spiritual, mental, physical, and intellectual levels with communal and individual chanting practices

Ken Whiteley has made 30 recordings and performed all across North America over a long and varied career.
