Flourish

Being a Conscious Creator in a World of Change

Shamini Jain

How can we adopt the best of empirical science and time honored indigenous wisdom to foster flourishing in ourselves and for each other?

In this deep and practice-rich weekend, you’ll be invited to learn about the facets of flourishing from a scientific and embodied perspective, so that you can leave with the energy and resources you need to consciously create new possibilities for your life and offerings for the world.

This workshop offers the ability to:

  • Learn about the key facets of flourishing – and how to obtain them – from scientific research in psychology, psychoneuroimmunology, and ecology
  • Understand the larger picture of flourishing – along with key meditative practices to provide harmonious balance – from East Indian spiritual traditions including Tantra and Vedanta
  • Explore the role of vital energy for flourishing, and engage in soundmaking practices (including vocal empowerment and mantra) for subtle energy awareness and energy cultivation
  • Explore and overcome subconscious blocks to flourishing in a guided and safe community environment
  • Create your personal pathway to enliven your creative energy to foster flourishing even during chaos

This workshop is open to all people, regardless of prior meditation, vocal practice, mental health, or energy healing experience. Come curious, open to transformation, and ready to meet the powerful creator within you!

Offered as 3 satsangs and 3 workshops (subject to change).

The presentations associated with this Yoga Vacation Program begin with an 8pm satsang on the first day of the program and conclude with a 90-minute noon workshop on the last day of the program.  Click here to read more about the Yoga Vacation Program details and view the ashram schedule for yoga classes and meals during your stay. We suggest you arrive at least one day prior to the start of your program for the optimal experience.
