Can't Stop Thinking - Break Free From Obsessive Worry And Rumination

Nancy Colier

In this program, Nancy will address our universal addiction to thinking, which causes us stress, anxiety, and suffering, and, to miss out on our lives.  She will lay out the tools for how to loosen your fixation and absolute belief in your thoughts and narratives.  You will realize that because you have a thought doesn’t mean you have to think it, and, that you are not your thoughts, and not even their author. With kindness and curiosity, you will discover a quieter mind and a different and wider experience of who you fundamentally are.  Ultimately, you will learn to relax into the peace you’re chasing (but not finding) through obsessive thinking and rumination.

Offered as 3 satsangs and 2 workshops (subject to change).

The presentations associated with this Yoga Vacation Program begin with an 8pm satsang on the first day of the program and conclude with a 90-minute noon workshop on the last day of the program.
