Ready to start from a clean slate? Join us for a special cleansing week consisting of a diet of kitchari, a rice and lentil mixture cooked with special spices that is the foundation of an Ayurvedic detox and gives a break to the digestive system. Enter a deeply meditative and relaxed state in the afternoons with daily Yoga Nidra sessions that will aid in the cleansing and healing process.
Regular cleanses are an important part of the Ayurvedic seasonal routine as they aid in disease prevention and wellness. During this detox retreat, you will receive a detailed Ayurvedic consultation and learn your prakruti (constitution) and vikriti (imbalances). You will leave with you the guidance you need to keep your body, mind, and spirit in balance as you move forward in your life.
Before the retreat begins you will need to fill out a thorough health intake form.
