The Goal of Life explores one of the most profound questions every human being faces: Why are we here? This program illuminates the purpose of human birth as a journey toward Self-realization, inner freedom, and union with the Divine. Through clear, practical wisdom, participants will discover how the pursuit of lasting happiness differs from the temporary pleasures of the world, and how cultivating virtues such as selfless service, devotion, discrimination, and meditation gradually transforms daily life into a spiritual path.
Rooted in the universal principles of Vedanta and yoga, this inspiring program offers practical guidance for living with greater clarity, purpose, and peace. Swami Sivananda’s compassionate and accessible teachings reveal that spiritual life is not separate from ordinary life but can be woven into every thought, word, and action. Whether you are new to these teachings or seeking to deepen your understanding, The Goal of Life provides a meaningful roadmap for awakening to your true nature and discovering the enduring joy that lies within.
