Karma Yoga offers a powerful way to transform our everyday actions into a path of spiritual growth. This program explores how work, service, and ordinary activity can become practices of yoga when performed with awareness, selflessness, and a spirit of offering. Rather than seeking fulfillment solely through the results of our actions, we learn to shift our focus toward the quality of our intention, releasing attachment to success, recognition, and reward.
Through reflection and practical yogic wisdom, discover how Karma Yoga can help purify the mind, soften the ego, and bring greater freedom and equanimity into daily life. By learning to act wholeheartedly while surrendering the fruits of our efforts, even the simplest tasks can become opportunities to cultivate presence, devotion, and inner peace. Activity becomes yoga when action brings us back to the Source.
Offered as 3 satsangs (subject to change).
The presentations associated with this Yoga Vacation Program begin with a 6am satsang on the first day of the program and conclude with an 8pm satsang on the last day of the program.
