What you’ll learn:
Course Description:
Suffering in terms of sorrow, attachments, emotions such as guilt and regret, loss of loved ones, etc are all inevitable and we all must face them in our life.
Some of the questions we will address in this course are:
What is the cause of suffering, why is it inevitable? What are identifications and attachments? How are they formed and how can we learn to become freer from these binding emotions? How do we let go of our identifications with painful emotions, limiting ideas, and recognize our true nature which is ever free and untouched by suffering? These are some of the fundamental questions for which the Yogic teachings provide precious and liberating answers, which we will be exploring.
This program is offered live through Zoom webinar with the availability for students to interact through Q&A with the presenter.
For enrolled students, a video recording will be available after each class in the event you miss a class or would like to review the content.
It is possible to register and take the course at any time. You can catch up on any classes you miss with the recordings.
