Are you ready to process your loss and tap into the self-knowledge your grief is providing you with? Are you ready to envision the new life you deserve, the new life you are soon to embark on?
Grief is one of the most difficult emotions to fully heal, but can be more smoothly endured when you give yourself the appropriate space and emotional support to mend your soul. Can you relate to the following?
If so, you are not alone.

While no two individuals grieve in the same way, we all grieve.
The Coronavirus restrictions imposed in the world this past year resulted in the loss of what granted us comfort, safety and well-being. In addition to our personal losses, we are now all, in one way or another, globally grieving.
