Register today for the Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training Course and step into the river of ancient wisdom that will carry you through the rest of your life.
The Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) is more than a certification—it’s a profound immersion into the yogic way of life. For over 50 years, this globally recognized program has trained more than 50,000 students, fulfilling Swami Vishnudevananda’s vision of not just developing skilled yoga teachers, but also spreading peace through yoga.
Rooted in the guru parampara tradition, the TTC follows the gurukula system, where students live, study, and grow in a spiritual environment. Over four immersive weeks, you’ll cultivate self-discipline, deep self-awareness, and the wisdom of ancient teachings, gaining the confidence to share yoga authentically.
Set in a traditional ashram in the Bahamas, this residential course offers the opportunity to fully embrace the yogic lifestyle, surrounded by nature and a supportive international community. Every moment—whether in class, meditating at sunrise, chanting in the temple, or walking along the beach—becomes part of your transformation.
More than an academic course, the TTC is a lived experience. The ashram provides a space for self-reflection and profound inner growth. Surrounded by fellow seekers and experienced teachers, you’ll witness firsthand how yoga cultivates clarity, peace, and lasting joy.
This journey is an opportunity to awaken your true potential, deepen your practice, and establish a personal sadhana (spiritual practice). Most importantly, you’ll leave with the realization that everything you seek is already within you—and the tools to access that inner wisdom wherever life takes you.
Step into a life-changing experience and discover the path to true inner freedom.
