Of all the Upanishads (sacred Sanskrit texts), the Mandukya Karika is the shortest — consisting of only 12 sentences — however, it is considered the most direct and the most powerful.
Swamini Atmaprakashananda will teach Mandukya Upanishad with Gaudapada Karika and Shankaracharya Bhashya. Come learn these potent teachings as inspiration for moving into your new year with clarity and purpose.
It is not necessary to attend the entire immersion, but we ask that you if you do choose to join, to attend once per day during your stay. The immersion consists of one morning class from 8am to 10am, leaving plenty of time to attend both of the daily satsangs, one yoga class, both of the delicious vegetarian meals, as well as to enjoy the ashram grounds.
