Offered as 2 satsangs and 2 workshops (subject to change)
Tao Porchon-Lynch is a living advertisement for how to tap into our human potential. A lifelong activist, she is possibly the only person still on the planet who marched with both Mahatma Gandhi and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Having started yoga at age eight, Tao is considered a grande dame of yoga. Her teachers were a who’s who of the spiritual world — from Swami Prabhavananda and the Maharishi to BKS Iyengar and K. Pattabhi Jois. Founder of the Westchester Institute of Yoga, Tao has certified over 1,600 teachers. In 2012, she was named Oldest Yoga Teacher by Guinness World Records.
