Further your knowledge in Thai Yoga Massage and the fundamentals of Ayurveda. Learn to identify and massage the 18 marma points (vital energy points) and how recognize immediate imbalances and needs of an individual based on their body type (dosha). Practice creating a four-session Thai Yoga Massage wellness program that takes into account nutritional, lifestyle, and yoga recommendations according to a person’s body type and constitutional tendencies.
Please note This training is the Lotus Palm Thai Yoga Massage Level 4. The prerequisite is Lotus Palm Ayurvedic Thai Yoga Therapy 1 or Lotus Palm Thai Yoga Massage Level 3.

You can combine this training with Ayurvedic Thai Yoga Therapy Level 1 February 24 – March 1, 2025 (back-to-back) for $1,200 total tuition, a $170 savings.
Sukha Wong is part of a long line of Thai masters and is the owner of the Lotus Palm Institute of Thai Yoga Massage. She is an accomplished certified massage therapist who develops bodywork courses, teaching internationally.
Sukha’s ongoing commitment to the harmonization of body and spirit inspires her teachings. Her East meets West training rooted in deep philosophy combines both safety and body alignment with balance and inner peace. To facilitate deep healing and release, she integrates techniques including stretching, mobilization, compression, and energy work.

Your course schedule has been designed by the presenter to provide a holistic educational experience, and includes course presentation time, meal times, and free time for you to enjoy the beach and the grounds and participate in the ashram’s daily programs. Lines in bold type indicate required course times.
Morning and Evening Satsang: community gatherings for meditation, chanting & teachings; sometimes a silent beach walk.
Yoga Asana & Pranayama Classes: available on outdoor ocean and bayfront platforms (beginner and intermediate levels offered twice daily).
