Ayurveda Body Treatments Experiential Days

Take your learning one step further. After completing the 8-day Ayurvedic Body Treatment Course, you now have the opportunity to stay on for 1 or 2 additional days of focused, hands-on practice to refine your skills and build confidence.

During these special practice sessions, you’ll return to the treatment room to:

  • Receive personalized guidance and feedback from your teacher
  • Sharpen your techniques in abhyanga, shirodhara, and nasya
  • Gain valuable experience through repetition and peer practice
  • Ask questions and troubleshoot areas where you seek more clarity
  • Leave feeling even more prepared to bring these profound healing therapies into your professional or personal practice

Whether you are hoping to serve your community, expand your private practice, or support family and friends with these transformational treatments, these practice days are designed to give you the extra experience you need to return home with confidence and ease.

Isvari (Mary Ann Johnson) has been a sincere and dedicated practitioner of Ayurveda and yoga for more than 20 years. She is an advanced Sivananda Yoga teacher and a graduate of Dr. Vasant Lad’s Ayurvedic Institute, where she is on the faculty. Isvari travels internationally, lecturing, consulting, and facilitating panchakarma purification programs. She is the director of Ayurveda at the Sivananda Yoga Ranch.

Vidya (Denise Chapman) is a certified Sivananda Yoga Instructor, Ayurvedic Practitioner, licensed massage therapist, panchakarma therapist and a graduate of Dr. Vasant Lad’s Ayurvedic Institute. She is passionate about integrating Vedic sciences, teaching yoga, and sharing Ayurveda for well-being.

Daily Schedule:

DAY 1 – 2
6:00 – 8:00 am Morning Satsang
8:00 – 10:00 am Practice Session #1
10:00 am Brunch
12:00 – 2:00 pm Practice Session #2
4:00 – 6:00 pm Yoga Asana & Pranayama Classes
6:00 pm Dinner
8:00 – 10:00 pm Evening Satsang
