Join us for a rejuvenating program that blends the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with the calming practices of mindfulness–designed to soothe and balance the restless energy of vata dosha. Through grounding yoga sequences, calming breathwork, and meditative techniques, you’ll cultivate inner stillness, clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself. This program is a wonderful opportunity to find relief from stress, overwhelm, or feeling ungrounded, while reconnecting with your sense of ease and stability.
Larissa’s satsangs and workshops offer practical, heart-centered tools for anchoring your energy and restoring balance. With each session, you’ll experience a deepening connection to the earth element and learn to quiet the mind, soothe restlessness, and embrace the present moment. It’s an invitation to ground yourself in the calm that’s always within reach.
Offered as 2 satsangs and 3 workshops (subject to change).
The presentations associated with this Yoga Vacation Program begin with an 12pm workshop on the first day of the program and conclude with a 90-minute noon workshop on the last day of the program.
