This offering is an invitation into the sacred practice of mantra, chant, song, and yoga as a path of awakening the heart. Rooted in the bhakti and yogic traditions, we enter into a space of devotion, presence, and inner remembrance.
Through devotional chant, sacred song, conscious breath, and embodied yoga, we can realize and merge with our divine nature. Our voice becomes a channel for prayer, our breath a vehicle for of awareness, and our body a vessel for infinite capacity of blissful consciousness.
This is a practice of opening the breath, listening to the sound and resonance of our own voice, and sitting deeply in presence of our heart. The mind softens into deeper states of receptivity, allowing the natural sattvic qualities of peace, devotion, and love to arise.
The practice is open to all, regardless of experience in yoga or singing. We will be begin with pranayama, pranic & vocal warm-ups, move to gentle asana postures & flow, sivasana, and seated meditation with mantra, kriya and song integrated throughout.
We are reminded of the innate capacity of the heart to rest in devotion and connection.
Through the union of chant, song, breath, and embodied yoga, we are gently guided back to presence, simplicity, and the living experience of divine love.
Offered as 3 satsangs and 2 workshops (subject to change).
