What if the freedom you seek is already within you — simply waiting to be uncovered?
Living Yoga Through Letting Go journeys behind our struggles into a sense of the unified reality of our human self and the divine unbound Self as one.
In daily life, whether in divorce, social upheaval, or everyday stress, awakening to the reality and loving arms of our true nature as open awareness – reveals a quieter mind, stillness, intelligent action, loving compassion, and harmonious relationships.
Through the tools of letting go with The Sedona Method and ancient inquiry, we will face our emotions and self-imposed limits with gentle grace, process them with love, let them go – or let them relax into our hearts where they feel safe and can finally soften.
Learn the “how to” of letting go and be a part of this era of humanity awakening.
What you will receive in these four days:
• Seven powerful techniques of letting go and self-inquiry to directly experience unbound presence
• How to directly experience more love in all your relationships
• Know the relief of who you are beyond stress and anxiety
• The power of self-compassion by dissolving self-judgment
The wisdom traditions teach us that by embracing our humanness with divine acceptance, we bring forth our unconditional nature; often spoken of as love by sages throughout time. When we learn to let go, lightness and freedom appear like eager beloveds who have been here all along. This is living yoga.
Offered as 3 satsangs and 3 workshops (subject to change).
