Erin Casperson has spent over a decade living and working in the Kripalu School of Ayurveda in the Berkshires of Massachusetts. From student, to intern, to teacher, to Academic Coordinator to Dean, she has dedicated her existence to accessing the truth of who she is and guiding others on this path. She is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide, and a 500-hour Kripalu Yoga teacher, Ayurveda Yoga Specialist and 500-hour Ayurveda Yoga Teacher.
A passionate, heartfelt, witty and enthusiastic teacher, Erin loves sharing how the ancient practices of Ayurveda can be applied to modern-day living. A student of planet earth and the universe, she spends as much time outdoors as possible. From walking the path in her backyard, gardening, mowing the lawn or navigating the Berkshire woods. Erin invites herself and others to develop awe and wonder of our natural habitat. When not geeking out on Ayurveda or tromping around New England with her dog and partner you will find her in the kitchen, reading a book, taking rest or finding a spot in the sun to keep warm.
