This tropically inspired juice will get your day started with a boost! Each of the ingredients is packed with a handful of health-promoting benefits, including anti-inflammatory and digestive properties. It is especially rich in Vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant), and manganese, a trace mineral which is an essential cofactor in a number of enzymes important in energy production and antioxidant defenses.

Ingredients
2-3 slices of pineapple, cut in pieces
1 handful of parsley
1 inch (or more) of fresh ginger, peeled
1 cup pure water or coconut water

Directions
Simply blend the ingredients together and enjoy! You can also strain it after blending to remove the pineapple and ginger fibers.
