Ambika Devi is on a peace-building mission to help others tame thoughts and the mind. As a lifelong learner she is a seeker of ways to help people find the timeless state of being that is meditation. Introduced to Yoga and meditation in 1966 she began teaching in 1978 and received a Master’s degree in the education of Yoga and Meditation in 2012. For 21 years she was a professor of Holistic Health. Her books and teaching help others overcome anxiety, restore the ability to sleep, repair communication and relationships, and advance positive decision-making.
