Become a Retreat Leader at Sivananda Bahamas

This program is an accessible, supported way for Sivananda Bahamas TTC and ATTC graduates to step into international retreat leadership—without the financial risk or logistical overwhelm of running a retreat on your own.

As a Retreat Leader, you’ll guide a small group of your students, friends, or family through a structured ashram retreat experience, while being fully supported by the daily rhythm, teachings, and staff of the ashram.

Who This Is For:

This program is open to graduates of the Sivananda Bahamas TTC or ATTC who:

• Love the ashram and feel called to return
• Want to step into a greater leadership role
• Feel inspired to introduce more people to yoga and the ashram lifestyle
• Are ready to guide others—but want support, structure, and clarity

No prior retreat leadership experience is required.

How the Program Works:

• You host a guided retreat at the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat
• Retreats run during the July–October window
• Your group participates fully in the daily ashram schedule
• You receive a custom booking link to share with your community
• Your participants receive 20% off accommodations

The ashram handles the logistics. You focus on sharing yoga, connection, and your lived experience.

Your Role as Retreat Leader:

You are both participant and guide during the retreat.

Your primary responsibility is to be available for:

• One 90-minute session per day
• Answering questions
• Offering guidance and support
• Holding space for integration and reflection

Outside of this session, you follow the regular ashram program alongside your group.
