A former General Manager of The Discovery Channel Europe, Laura brings a unique blend of media, education, and clinical experience to her work in natural medicine and holistic health. She offers consultations, practitioner trainings, and global retreats in Ayurveda, Jyotish, Yoga Therapy, nutrition, and sacred cooking. A graduate of the Kerala Ayurveda Academy and the American Institute of Vedic Studies, she has spent decades studying Yoga, Vedanta, Jyotish, and healing traditions, and is an international teacher devoted to inspiring radical health and sacred, vibrant living through the Vedic sciences.
